This is our most unlikely quadrant. Although the US economy has been stagnant for a while, the economy does not seem to be getting any worse. Of course the US has yet to recover and money is and always will be an issue. Many workers have been laid off and many families have become homeless. However, this does not stop the nation to shut down all production. As we speak many different ideas and technologies are being introduced and suggested in order to make every day life easier. With all of these materials there are always commercials, advertisements, and ways to access information. Because the advancement of technology will not be diminished any time soon, this quadrant will possibly never happen. Unless we add in a wild card. The only way the spread of awareness will cease is when the US becomes a dictatorship and takes control of all aspect of the media. Then the information that is fed to the citizens will be limited and biased.
